Before joining LEA Partners, Alexi gained varying experience in the field of business intelligence at a start-up and a medium-sized manufacturing company. Alexi studied Business Informatics and holds a Master of Arts in Controlling, Finance and Accounting from the University of Applied Sciences Pforzheim.
Before joining LEA Partners, Christian founded BEONTRA, an Enterprise SaaS company to help airports optimise their operations and retail activities. Following its acquisition by US strategist Lockheed Martin in 2014, he moved from the entrepreneurial to the investor side. Christian studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Constantin gained experience at two private equity funds. He also worked as an investment analyst in transaction and fund management for a pan-European real estate investor after completing his bachelor's degree. Constantin holds a Master in Finance from the Nova School of Business & Economics.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Daniel worked for many years as Head of Corporate Management at Volksbank eG – die Gestalterbank. Prior to that, he worked for the Baden-Württemberg Association of Cooperatives as a bank auditor and consultant in the field of overall bank management and as a consultant at the cooperative academies in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart.
He holds a degree in banking economics from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a degree as accountant (IHK), as well as certified manager of banking and risk manager from ADG in Montabaur.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Davis worked with the investment team as an intern and working student. Before that, he also gained experience at the strategy consultancy Strategy& and an audit firm working in corporate finance/M&A. Davis holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with a stay abroad at the Università Sapienza in Rome.
Before joining LEA Partners, Dominik worked as a Private Equity Analyst at StepStone Group. During his studies, he gained practical M&A experience at Citi, Macquarie and Commerzbank, among others. Dominik studied business administration at the University of Mannheim with a stay abroad at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
Before joining LEA Partners, Emily gained experience in Tech M&A and strategy consulting, as well as in the treasury department. Emily holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal and a Bachelor's Degree in International Management from the University of Bath in England.
Before joining LEA Partners, Felix gained experience at the strategy consultancy Simon, Kucher & Partners, the M&A advisory firm IMAP and two major banks. Felix studied business administration at the University of Mannheim with stays abroad at the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires and at the University of North Carolina.
Before joining LEA Partners, Florian worked several years at Software AG in M&A and at PwC in Transaction Services. Florian is a designated Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim. During his studies he spent semesters abroad at Brock University in Toronto and at the School of Economics, Business and Law in Gothenburg.
Prior to joining LEA Ingo worked several years as director for the strategy consultancy Simon-Kucher & Partners where he led international projects developing pricing, sales and growth strategies for enterprises in Europe and Asia. He holds a Master in business engineering and studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of technology (KIT) as well as the Virginia Tech in the United States.
Prior to joining LEA, Jan spent several years in management consulting, most recently as part of BCG’s Corporate Finance practice. Jan holds a Master in Management from the University of Mannheim.
Before joining LEA, Joachim worked for more than 10 years for various companies in different roles in fundraising and investor relations - most recently for the investment bank Houlihan Lokey and prior to that for Edmond de Rothschild. At the same time, Joachim supported his family as CFO in building up a company in the field of technical laboratory equipment, which was partially sold to an investor in 2023. Prior to this, he was responsible for Group M&A and company valuation following an internal trainee program in LBBW's investment management. Joachim holds a degree in Business Administration from Kempten University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in International Business from LSBU in London.
Before joining LEA Partners, Julien gained experience at multiple pan-European private equity funds specializing in software and services. He holds a Master of Finance from the Nova School of Business & Economics, a CEMS International Master in Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
Before joining LEA Partners, Kerstin was responsible for Operations and Strategy at Enterprise SaaS company BEONTRA and was also Principal at the management consultancy Oliver Wyman. She studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Before joining LEA Partners, Kilian spent several years in management consulting, specializing in the development of digital business models and driving digital transformation within the financial sector. Kilian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from ESCP Business School, and additionally pursued studies at IIM Calcutta, MCI, and Stellenbosch University.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Kristina worked for a medium-sized WPG/StBG in Corporate Finance and for PwC in Transaction Services. Kristina studied International Financial Management (B.Sc.) at HfWU and holds a Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.) from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Before joining LEA Partners, Kurt worked several years for a midcap private equity company, where he co-built the technology franchise. Kurt holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of St Andrews.
Prior to joining LEA, Leonhard gained a diverse range of experience at multiple German private equity and venture capital funds, as well as a software startup. In the course of these positions, he contributed to multiple investments in the areas of FinTech, InsureTech und MedTech. Leonhard holds a Bachelor and Master of Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Linda joined LEA Partners in 2024. Prior to that, she was ESG Champion at Arma Partners and responsible for M&A and strategy at Thinkproject. She started her career at PwC in Düsseldorf, Munich and Washington DC. Linda holds two Master's degrees in International Management and has studied in the Netherlands, Singapore and the Czech Republic.
Before joining LEA Partners, Luis worked several years at Software AG in M&A and at the M&A advisory firm IMAP. Luis studied business administration in France at Grenoble École de Management and in the UK at London Business School.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Manuel worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at BofA Securities. During his studies, he gained practical experience at William Blair (M&A), PwC (Valuation) and Accenture (Management Consulting), among others. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with a stay abroad at Bocconi University in Milan.
Before joining LEA Partners, Martin founded Workwise, a recruiting platform for small and medium-sized businesses. After developing the company for ten years as CEO, he made the shift from the entrepreneurial to the investor side.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Moritz was active with his own startups and gained experience at the private equity firm Hannover Finanz and Deloitte. Moritz holds a degree in engineering from the Technical University of Munich and in business administration from the University of St. Gallen.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Navadha gained experience as a Venture Scout, and Analyst at various investment firms. Navadha holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, a master’s degree in finance from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Niklas joined LEA in 2023. Prior to joining LEA, Niklas helped build the mid-market tech and growth investor Armira Growth as part of the founding team. Prior to that, he worked, among others, for a US B2B software investor, a Munich-based private equity firm and started his career in investment banking at a major American bank. Niklas holds a Master in Finance from WHU, and a Bachelor from the University of Hohenheim.
Nils joined LEA Partners in late 2018 as an associate. Previously, he spent several years with Roland Berger in the restructuring and corporate finance divisions. Nils studied business administration at the University of Mannheim, with stays abroad at the University of Sydney and at the School of Economics, Business and Law in Gothenburg.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Nils worked for Project A in Berlin. During his studies he founded his own start-up and was active as a business intelligence analyst. Nils studied Business Informatics at the Universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and holds a Master of Science degree in International Information Systems Management.
Paul joined LEA in 2023. Prior to joining LEA, he gained professional experience at Roland Berger, where he was member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice. Paul holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and studied at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, USA, and University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
Before joining the LEA Partners team, Philipp spent many years at the private equity company Adcuram, the consulting firm Capgemini and was in the senior management team of a mid-tier company. He studied business administration at the University of Passau.
Before joining LEA Partners, Philipp worked as Head of Finance & Controlling at the Vollack Group and in the Financial Services department at KPMG. Philipp holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in industrial engineering from the HTWG Konstanz as well as a bachelor’s degree in professional accounting.
Prior to joining LEA Partners, Sabrina worked as Director Strategic Projects at MediFox-DAN, as an Investment Manager at a private equity fund focused on mid-market companies and at an investment bank specialized in software. She holds a Master's degree from the University of Mannheim and has studied abroad in the UK, Spain, China and the US.
Sebastian has been building LEA since 2003. He previously worked as an associate at the investment bank equinet. He studied business administration in Karlsruhe.
