The merger represents an important step into additional European markets – strategic implementation of a comprehensive buy-and-build strategy

Karlsruhe, June 25, 2021 – Backed by technology investor LEA Partners (“LEA”), Leviy will become part of the zvoove group adding mobile workforce solutions to the existing product portfolio. As the leading software provider for the facility management and the temporary staffing industries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, zvoove is expanding its growth strategy to an international level beyond DACH with this merger. The corporate group has locations in Wietmarschen-Lohne, Regensburg, Essen, Hamm and Basel/Switzerland, employs more than 300 colleagues and serves around 3,700 clients.

Leviy , located in Amersfoort/Netherlands, founded in 2014, supplies its clients with an innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for companies in the cleaning and facility management sector. The software enables communication, planning, analysis and allows for reporting of room status, working hours and cleaning activities in real time and is thus specifically geared towards a mobile workforce. Leviy’s solution is not only used intensively by facility managers but also by companies in the hotel, leisure and logistics industry as well as the health sector.
